Providing resources and hope to the rehabilitated.
It’s too late after getting a ticket, so try very, very hard not to get one. It’s not worth getting somewhere a couple of minutes early to run the risk of speeding. Be patient and think about your driving all the time. My son got tired of waiting at a red light and switched out of a turn lane into a regular lane, you guessed it, right in front of a cop. So now he has a reckless driving charge on his driving record.
Now when looking on-line for jobs, he’s automatically disqualified for driving jobs – they all require a clean driving record. Some of these driving jobs actually don’t specify a clean background check but they do want a clean driving record – usually 5 years – unlike a clean criminal background check, which goes back forever, at least in GA.
